其實拿鐵第一次聽完這一首西洋歌曲I quit drinking時不禁笑了出來，因為它好幾段歌詞都很直白的寫著為了某個心愛的人所以就戒酒，拿鐵當時心想寫這一首歌的人是不是對「酒精飲料」有什麼怨念?! 但是這一首西洋歌曲在男女對唱的版本之下真的是一首感情很飽滿的一首情歌，甚至拿鐵邊聽邊心想:假如現實生活當中有人肯為了自己戒掉他最愛的喝酒這一件事，那麼代表你在他的心中地位真的是無可替代，要是拿鐵遇到這樣肯為自己連自己最愛的嗜好都不要的人，應該會用三生三世來回報吧~~

拿鐵自己在細細品味這一首西洋歌曲I quit drinking，歌詞裡可以感受的到主角先前不知道什麼原因可能是感情創傷還是人生不如意所以過著很糜爛的生活，但是直到他遇上一個讓自己傾心的人，決定要改變自己、戒掉自己的陋習變成一個更好的人，這一首西洋歌曲真的是一首很正向、情緒很飽滿，而且很閃很閃的一首西洋情歌

不過回歸到現實生活，拿鐵倒覺得每個人在日常生活當中一定都有自己喜歡的活動或是嗜好，有一些是正向的嗜好但可能有一些活動在另一半的眼中是負面的嗜好，像是「喝酒」這一件事，拿鐵自己覺得只要不要過量、不要成癮傷害到自己的健康(更要注意酒後不開車)，而是達到一個放鬆心情的效果，那麼拿鐵倒覺得假如你也是愛這一個人的話，是不是也可以適度的包容對方，讓對方也能在相愛的空間裡也能愛自己，做一些他自己喜歡的嗜好與活動
