很多西洋歌曲就像國語流行歌一樣，歌詞內容都會講述感情、暗戀或是戀愛，甚至是失戀的心情情歌，往往這一類的作品常常都會賣的不錯；不過拿鐵今天要來介紹的是因為英國選秀節目一鳴驚人之後出道，之後更因為一首<You Are The Reason>而大紅大紫的英國男歌手- Calum Scott(卡林史考特)
拿鐵對於Calum Scott的第一印象就是很會唱情歌，他在英國選秀節目翻唱了瑞典女歌手羅蘋的歌曲<Dancing On My Own>，拿鐵去看了這一個瑞典女歌手羅蘋的MV，聽起來感覺是快節奏的電子舞曲音樂，經過Calum Scott翻唱卻成了一首略帶無奈、悲傷的情歌，讓這一首Dancing On My Own有了不同味道的音樂版本，之後Calum Scott還跟英國女歌手里歐娜合作了You Are The Reason的"男女對唱版"，破億流量的MV觀看數更奠定了卡林史卡特所謂的<英倫情人>封號。
而拿鐵今天要介紹的英文歌曲<No Matter What>，它並不是一首情歌，但是歌詞裡卻充滿著滿滿的感情以及對於自己家人的感謝，尤其是自己的母親和父親；拿鐵聽完幾遍後細讀它的歌詞，它有點像是人生自我從年輕時懵懂到長大成人的心路歷程探究，每個人可能都有自己那麼一段的迷惘歲月，對自己或是對自己的未來充滿著懷疑以及不確定感，但是就是因為背後有著家人的支持，才能在迷霧當中一路繼續往前。拿鐵聽著Calum Scott具有穿透力又略帶滄桑的嗓音，讓這一首No Matter What聽完後帶著滿滿的洋蔥感。
